ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so if you change your mind about an item purchased on the online store, we will exchange it or give you a refund, provided that it's returned to us in its original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels intact.
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 30 days of receipt.
Please make sure that swimwear & intimates are tried on over your own underwear. If returning swim or intimates, please ensure that the garment is in original condition, unworn and unwashed. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it’s obvious that this has not been adhered to.
If you are based outside of Australia, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Return postage costs and any additional duties & taxes assessed by International Customs when returning items from overseas are the responsibility of the customer, as well as any duties & taxes incurred when receiving the exchanged item.
There are strictly no refunds on sale items unless the product is damaged or faulty. Exchanges on sale items are only granted by a Yarads Menswear representative and are subject to stock availability.Faulty Items
We will offer a full refund on full priced or sale items at the discretion of our customer service team. We will reimburse return postage in this instance.
REFUNDSYour refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days of us receiving your package in accordance with our Returns Policy. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from yaradsmenswear.com.
PLEASE NOTE: Unless your garments are faulty, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded and we will not pay for the cost of sending the goods back to yaradsmenswear.
We are more than happy to exchange for another size, colour or item, subject to availability. Exchanges can take up to 5 business days to process. Should you wish to receive the replacement item sooner, send back the unwanted item for a refund and place an order immediately for the new item.
We reserve the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Our Returns Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
